Purchasing and Logistics
Sonny's utilizes a Vendor Managed Inventory Program (VMI) with the largest Plumbing Supply Company in the world, ensuring that our on-site inventory selection and stock is second to none! We have approximately 30,000 Square feet under roof and another 2.5 acres of inventory in our yard. Our large warehousing capability and projects in process makes it possible to buy in bulk which strengthens our negotiating position and ensures that we can negotiate the best possible prices on all materials.
Field Operations
Only licensed plumbers oversee our field operations. Sonny's Plumbing staffs every job with a full-time foreman to assure project timeliness, quality work and outstanding customer service that you need to run a successful project. We will make sure your project will perform on schedule and on budget. This commitment of project oversight allows for better communication and coordination with the General Contractor, our subcontractors and the other trades. This dedication to communication and coordination helps us minimize problems and correct any issues that may arise.
Administration
From the initial contract negotiation to insurance and payroll, to accounts payable, all of our construction projects run more smoothly when supported with good administration and strong financial resources. Since 1993, Sonny's has built an impressive team of professionals which helps us give you the highest level of customer service in the industry.
